ART ON THE NET 1998
The Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts Tokyo will give prizes to  
artists who will explore the artistic possibilities of Streaming  
Media (RealAudio/Video).
If you create a website with the RealAudio/Video for this contest  
and can link it to the contest site, you can be an applicant.
The awarded works will be exhibited at the on-line museum "Art on  
the Net" (September 1, 1998 to March 31, 1999). If you are
