ART ON THE NET 1998
The Machida City Museum of Graphic Arts Tokyo will give prizes to  
artists who will explore the artistic possibilities of Streaming  
Media. The awarded works will be exhibited at the on-line museum  
"Art on the Net" (September 1, 1998 to March 31, 1999). If you are
