call for millenium jingles

- jingles should be no longer than 30 seconds
- deadline for entries is 26th May
- formats can be .aiff, .ra, .wav but no bigger then 150k

- an international judging panel for PPP will choose the winner in *online
  Communion*
- entries will be webcast on June 2nd by http://eBC.at.the.ICA in London
and the winner announced  as the  judging panel casts its votes live
- the winning jingle will be played as continuity in between any gaps that
occur
  during the Millenium on all broad/narrowcast media infiltrated by PPP
