hoy rasa
>how are you?
was ill
now i'm better
>what's new in backspace?
newest thing is video editing and mark lecky's web workshops
also we gotta get grants for radio bkspc
>what you think, - if we could keep going with tuesday broadcastings, would
>you like to make some program, too?
oh yes indeed
i had an idea for a show called PPP (propaganda, persuasion, presence)
the first one was going to be about the mr net art contest
but it didn't work out:(
PPP will be a radio show about propaganda and persuasion and presence
on the net
>voices, we need
another idea i had was a net.choir
with voices ...could be fun
>also there is only this technical possibility to broadast from the places,
>but may be we should think of what is the reason or, i mean, may be we can
>develop some better idea how and what to broadcast via this 'open channel'
this is where programming preparation comes in
i like the idea of constructing programmes that
respond to events/discussions on mailing lists like amex/7-11/nettime/xchange
i think the tuesday broadcasts could be very closely linked to the lists
THIS IS KEY for drawing audiences to listen to spontaneous live broadcasts
the content is readymade
>u told me that ntk http://www.ntk.net/ have a net radio, but i couldn't
>find it
>do they really broadcast it?
i heard they wer e going to broadcast monthly
but maybe i was wrong
regards
rachel
