Stereopublic Melbourne, Australia Stereopublic is a continuation of Jason Sweeney's ongoing work in audio streaming and archiving sound/noise projects online. It draws on his work in community broadcasting, developing a space that is (predominantly) user-friendly and driven by the idea of public broadcasting. Stereopublic combines broadcast media, spoken word, music and sound art, prodding at the invisible shoreline of the public domain which is perennially refashioned by the wavering ownership of intellectual property, social orthodoxy and censorship.
