Radio FRO is an independent radio station. Following the basic idea of independent radio stations in Austria, it provides open access especially for under-represented social groups, such as migrants and different ethnic minorities. Radio FRO also makes efforts to realize a poly-ethnic medial landscape, in order to reflect the inner diversity of migrants’ communities as best as possible.
Radio FRO is broadcasting since 1998 on air on 105.0 FM, and on the Internet.
In Radio FRO programming have been involved Alexander Baratsits, Veronika Leiner, Ingo Leindecker and many others.
