A post opening at Sibelius Academy, Centre for Music & Technology

Lecturer in music technology, emphasis on new media and communication 
studies

An ideal person for the job will have background in music combined with a
strong experience on visual communication, with both practical knowledge of
hardware and software tools in the field, and theoretical and academic
credentials to teach at university level. Besides teaching, it would be
desirable for the lecturer to take part in planning and development of the
Music Technology Major study program, serve as an expert in the
net-publishing activities of our unit and provide tutoring for the students
particularly in respect of their M.A. thesis work.
