Hey, I was wondering, regarding EU_3*sixty, my one-year digital media
project in Europe that you're interested in participating in... might
you consider being one of the EU sponsors? In order for me to be able
to apply for a Culture 2000 grant, I need 3 different institutions in 3
different EU countries to apply together on my behalf. Do you think
this would be difficult for me to acquire?
