we haven't been able to get you anything prerecorded (as a back-up) yet, as
we have been buried under an avalanche of paper (mostly to-do lists).  if
you do need something let me know, and i will send you some archived
material.

will anyone be on the xchange IRC channel?  coordination?  time-wasting?
we will peek in from time to time during the 2200 - 2400 slot.
