good evening

stadtwerkstatt/linz is planning a web-radio-event on the occasion of the
official programme-start of Radio FRO (http://www.fro.at), a non commercial
radio station in the city of Linz/Austria. (http://www.servus.at/fro.ram)
some of you know this radio station already from the ars-electronica radio
in linz in september.

i would like to invite all of you to join in for this event. - if you feel
like. it would be nice to have lots of different ra-streams from anywhere.
to mix, loop, ...   

date: saturday, october 17th
time: 8.00p.m. CET - open end.


the web-project is part of an event that takes place here in stadtwerkstatt:
there will be:
- party on site with bands, speeches, MCs, at certain times (the
time-schedule has not been made up yet) the web-broadcast shall go on the
monitors in the stadtwerkstatt-hall, as part of the live-programme.
- radio show on air terrestrially. frequency 105,0 in the city of linz. the
programme will be a mixture of what happens at the party, interviews with
guests in the house and parts of the web-radio (time-schedule to made up yet)
- web-broadcast with an extra crew here for the web-radio that should
happen continuously from 8p.m CET - open end. 

a communication channel IRC will be on irc.servus.at
website coming up soon. as soon as we know who is taking part, we will link
the pnm-adresses of the ra-streams.
