before referring to some logical inconsistencies in the "notes"
articulated in the name of orfkunstradio i would like to know the
following:

- is this writing a collective achievement or a product of an
individual?
- is this text describing what is art radio in the case of orfkunstradio
activities (i.e., how orfkunstradio understands itself) or does it stand
as a definition (or notes) in general?

it only has sense to answer the questions if the notes are not just
manifesto in the frame of "licencia poetica" category - without
pretension to satisfy intellectual premises.
