For the record:

There are some traditions for the use of radio by
artists in Banff. In 1992 Dan Lander (et al) organised
*Radio Rethink* in the Philips Gallery which included
a "Pirate" radio transmitter that ran for the duration
of the symposium. A Radio Rethink book/CD was
published at the time.
