#REVOLTING OPENING ...  after months of preparation, tonight, 15th August
98, we will be opening the revolting space. as always, the project seems to
be cursed, but that's not a problem, only a challenge.

#OFF LINE ... spent too much time over the last few days in the *real*
world to sort out the revolting space for the revolting project - but it
was definately worth it: it looks great...

#WEB STUFF ... gio d'angelo (gio@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) has been looking after the
web pages for the last few weeks. they still are in a suitably revolting
state (sorry, gio ;) but might definately be worth looking at. any bugs:
mail us!

#STREAMING TONIGHT : 8pm GMT ...  if things are going according to plan,
gio should be sitting in the train from london to manchester as i type this
and bring his backspace radio backup CDs with him, so we should be
streaming tonight. touch wood...

#TRAX TV live TONIGHT : 8pm GMT ... convex tv.'s home grown trax tv will be
50% present and *do the soung system thing*

#IMAGES AND ARCHIVE ... the next days will be dedicated to get the imagery
of the revolting space online for the remote participants. we will be
installing a few thread based message boards for people to stick infos and
contributions onto. as i said: this has been cursed, so give us a few days
to sort the CGI stuff out.

#REMOTE CONTRIBUTIONS ... if you have any suggestions, thoughts,
contributions, get in contact with us. we want to have the web pages as
open as possible. FTP acces available and new spaces can be linked into the
project. at the moment we have only set up the *on-site* archives, the
projects which will be present in manchester, not all of them have been
filled - but that's the nature of the beast. watch the revolting progress...
