thought i would tell you my plan

i would like to set up a cellular global pirate radio station
i guess thats what we are developing here in banff

but the idea would be that many transmitters
sited on fairly good net links
would listen to xchange list
or similar distrubtion list
and automatically transmit via fm transmitters
any posted urls to the local electromagnetic spectrum

its like the mini fm concept
but with the possibility of global domination
