please do not send attachments other than text or html!

consider that not everybody might be using the same platform as you (win, mac
or other)

in mail message include only internet accessible http, ftp, pnm or other
(textual) link to the file. people willing to transfer files are requested to
contact x-files@xxxxxxxxxx ( a temporary address untill further notice and do
not send files but use for inquieries)

also Xchange will try to set up a web-based Xchange-"switchboard" for inclusion
of file adresses and daily/weekly/monthly updates.
